In the old days, before the changes in the law on 10/17/05, Casey could have gone the chapter 13 route, and discharged his fraud debts for pennies on the dollar in a three year repayment plan. No more. Casey is judgment-proof. Did he have any equally culpable collaborators with deep pockets? Maybe his best hope is to rat out somebody else who can be sued and has the $ to pay the judgment.
